Decent Stay with Minor Issues
train station direct connection breakfast wide array staff assistance helpful direction crowded gym peak hour toiletries lower quality daytime noise
the hotel had a direct connection to the train station. this made airport transfers very convenient. the breakfast offered a wide array of options. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. the staff were also helpful when i needed directions.
The gym was quite crowded during peak hours. i sometimes had to wait to use the treadmill. the toiletries provided were from a brand often found in less luxurious hotels. i prefer higher quality options. There was noise during the day.

underwhelming stay, sadly
lost hotel exaggerated status
The location was useful for airport access. It's directly connected to the airport rail link.
I found a significant problem regarding lost hotel. my raincoat disappeared from my room and the staff seemed dismissive. i received no compensation or even a sincere apology. The whole thing felt shady, honestly. also, the advertised five-star status feels exaggerated. It's more like a decent 3.5-star experience.

ample space comfortable sleep expansive buffet
I appreciated that the room had ample space and cleanliness. The bed provided a comfortable sleep each night. The breakfast buffet was expansive, with many food options. Its location was very convenient, as it is connected to the airport rail link and a bts station.
I found that the swimming pool lacked a dedicated area for showering or changing. Guests must change inside the restroom stalls. This setup felt inconvenient after a swim.

the buffet breakfast offered a wide range of choices and catered to vegan requirements. the staff were helpful and i found the location convenient for airport access using public transport. my room was super clean and well kept.
Soundproofing could be improved. I occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms.

Wonderful Experience with Excellent Service
nice upgrade breakfast variety infinity pool
This hotel provided a superb experience. I received a very nice upgrade, and I am grateful for it. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I recommend allowing ample time to fully enjoy it. The infinity pool provided a relaxing way to spend time, especially on hot days.
The room featured Nescafé instant coffee only. I think fresh coffee would better align with the overall quality of the hotel.
